Stand Up (and Try to Stay Standing) is the result of a long-term collaboration between Continuo and a group of senior actors, and its genre ranges somewhere between storytelling, stand-up, physical theater, and cabaret. This time, the theme is our own lives – more precisely, how we talk about them to others and to ourselves. But don’t expect nostalgic memories. This production breaks the myth that physical theater is only for young performers. We are convinced of this by a group of seniors whose stories play the leading role.
