Continuo Theatre is an international independent theater group that has been based and working in the small South Bohemian village of Malovice, 25 km from České Budějovice, since 1995, in the premises of a former farmstead called Plum Yard. During its existence, Continuo Theatre has created almost fifty productions and implemented more than twenty-five international site-specific projects, involving over four hundred participants from around the world.
Starting this year, we are running a long-term project called Finding Storyland in collaboration with České Budějovice European Capital of Culture 2028, and you can be part of it!
Job description:
- booking (actively arranging/selling individual performances of our ensemble in the Czech Republic, Europe, and around the world)
- tour management
- cooperation with other team members
- implementation of individual tasks according to the production plan and schedule (e.g., organization of work, communication with partners, purchases, transportation, administrative tasks, etc.)
We require:
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- excellent organizational skills
- high level of commitment
- flexibility and a creative approach to solving everyday tasks
- good knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages welcome
- driver’s license category B
- experience and orientation in the cultural environment an advantage
