The production Hat, Stars and Chickenpox, or Talks with Unborn Children is based on fragments of personal memories of the performers (three girls and three young men) from their childhood, which are given a solid framework by selected scenes from the texts of Maurice Maeterlinck. Somewhere outside our reality, there is a world of children waiting to be born, who have many questions about what awaits them after birth. The audience thus witnesses a special dialogue between those already born and those yet to be born, conducted through words (in Czech, Polish, Russian, and Slovak), music, visual images, dance, and acrobatic sequences. All these small details, stories, observations, emotions, musical motifs, gestures, and somersaults come together to form an impressive theatrical message.
