Every­dayness

EVERYDAYNESS
SITE-SPECIFIC LAB

In July 2025, the park U Velkého jezu in České Budějovice was transformed into a place of theatrical experimentation. For three weeks, the park was occupied by the Continuo Theatre and twenty artists invited by it from all over the world.

In the Circle

The Continuo Theater is celebrating 25 years of activity and returning to the gardens of Kratochvíle Castle after 10 years. Starting on July 4, the Continuo Theater, together with twenty artists from 12 countries in Europe and overseas, is preparing a site-specific project called Kratochvílení – In the Circle.

Neighbours

The production Neighbors tells the story of one place over the course of a decade—from 1943 to 1953—and the lives of several people connected to that place. But it also tells the story of the past eighty years in Central Europe.

Scars in the Stone

This year’s specific project takes place at a location that hides the scars of 20th century history, on the grounds of the extensive historic Rábín farmstead near Netolice. The Scars in Stone project also includes a conference entitled Memories and Forgetfulness and a final horse auction.

Landscape on the Request

A site specific project that took place on a train on the line between Netolice and Malovice and its surroundings. A special ČD Continuo train was dispatched for this project.
